Pitch2CBA Bilbao

Marta Emerson, CBA director, meeting with drone Company in Bilbao. We have organized a Pitch2CBA Bilbao with a different format. Instead of a Pitch event with Jury members our CBA director, Marta Emerson, has travelled to Bilbao (north of Spain) to meet with 7 local companies. Every meeting lasted 30 minutes so CBA could understand the investment opportunity and provide feedback. The companies were from VR/AR, social networks, drones, mobile apps and software.

A local professional embedded into the Vas country entrepreneurial ecosystem, TxenteBoraita, has partnered with CBA to organize these meetings.

Cross Border Angels is a multinational investor network, spanning more than 70 angels, funds, and family offices. Our mission is to connect founders of scalable, early-stagere venue-validated companies with investors that can bring value in unlocking vertical and geographical growth opportunities.

Pitch2CBA is a series of local events that provide local companies access to the CBA network to connect with investors and advisors. Founders of companies in the area are invited to apply to present their companies to CBA, and to network with investors and mentors.

We encourage companies to apply that are clear on their business model, and have demonstrated traction and market validation. CBA is sector-agnostic, and supports technology-enabled, scalable business models. Companies will get five minutes to pitch to the panel followed by a three minute Q&A. Participation is free of charge and without obligations.
